How does a laser order at CAESS Laser work?

The process runs in three steps: 1. Send enquiry with material details and vector file. 2. Technical review and quote within 1–2 working days. 3. Processing and handover after order confirmation.

Which file formats are required for order processing?

For laser cutting and engraving, vector data is required: DXF, SVG, AI or PDF with embedded paths. Fonts must be converted to paths. For 3D reference data, STEP format is accepted.

How long does it take from enquiry to delivery?

After order confirmation and data approval, standard orders are delivered within 3–5 working days. For express needs please enquire in advance.
