Bottle and glass engraving: all the way around, from a single piece.
A rotary attachment turns the workpiece under the laser instead of leaving it flat. The engraving therefore runs right around the bottle instead of ending in a visible panel. We engrave wine bottles, drinking glasses, carafes, insulated flasks and other cylindrical parts: matt white contrast, permanent, dishwasher-safe, from the first piece.
Anything round that fits the chuck. The laser frosts the glass surface finely, so the bright contrast sits in the glass itself. No colour is involved, which means nothing can flake off.

From a single gift to a hospitality series. On drinking glasses the engraving can stay clear of the drinking zone if you prefer, and it survives the dishwasher because nothing is applied, only removed.

The rotary axis does not care about the occasion. Coated insulated flasks and anodised cups mark just as well as cylindrical components whose identification has to stay readable all the way round.

What matters in rotary engraving
Glass is engraved, not cut
The CO2 laser frosts the surface. It cannot cut glass, and the rotary axis does not change that. If you need an opening in the glass, that calls for a different process.
Customer-supplied items are welcome
Send us your bottles or glasses and we engrave them, which removes the material surcharge. Include one or two pieces more than you need: without a pre-run, a test piece is the cheapest insurance.
Not every shape fits the axis
Strongly conical, angular or very large vessels do not run true. Send us height, diameter and a photo and we will say up front whether it fits, rather than finding out on production day.

Bare metals reflect the CO2 wavelength and can neither be cut nor engraved. For metal engravings and cutting, we work with partners or advise you on fibre laser solutions. Alternative: Anodised aluminium or marking via Cermark.
Yes. We have a rotary attachment: the piece turns under the laser and the engraving wraps around. Without a rotary axis only a flat panel would be possible.
Is engraving on glasses dishwasher-safe?
Yes. The laser removes material and frosts the surface, it does not add anything. There is no coating that could come loose, so the engraving outlasts the glass.
Can I send my own bottles or glasses?
Gladly. With customer-supplied items the material surcharge drops away and you pay for setup and engraving time. Include one or two spare pieces so we can dial in the parameters on a test part.
What quantity does it make sense from?
From one piece. The laser needs no tooling, so there is no minimum quantity to amortise. From 20 pieces onwards, quantity discounts of 5 to 20 per cent apply.
Which vessels do not fit the rotary axis?
Strongly conical shapes, angular vessels and very large containers do not run true. Send us height, diameter and a photo and we will clarify it in advance.
Can you cut glass as well?
No. The CO2 laser engraves and frosts glass but does not cut it. That applies regardless of the rotary axis.
